Changing System Locale
Game above: Lost Saga (Taiwanese Server)
In some versions of games, some text is rendered in symbols and question marks instead of the actual language. In this tutorial, This will be fixed. (Windows 7 tutorial)
1. Press Start and go to Control Panel.
2. Click on Clock, Language, and Region.

3. Click on Change Display Language.
4. Click Administrative then Change System Locale. A prompt will ask you to allow this program. Allow it.
5. Choose your desired system locale from the drop down list then press OK.
6. It then will prompt you to restart your computer. Restart your computer. Text will now be rendered correctly for your game!
7. Skype Users: If your Skype does not look like English after the locale change (For these purposes, I purposely changed my Skype to Chinese) follow these steps:
7a. Press the button to the left of the far right button. (Button 6)
7b. There should be a drop-down list as the 1st option. Hover over it and choose English.
7c. Skype should be fixed, good luck!
